Refund and Return Policy

At Mian Channu Fabrics, we are committed to ensuring your absolute satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help you with an easy return and exchange process.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or return. To be eligible, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and barcodes intact.
  • Fabric Conditions: For unstitched fabrics, the material must not be cut or altered in any way.
  • Hygiene Note: For kids’ wear, items must be free of any stains, odors, or signs of wear.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Items purchased during clearance sales or special discount promotions.
  • Custom-tailored or altered clothing.
  • Damaged items due to improper handling or washing after delivery.

3. How to Start a Return or Exchange

We make the process simple through our customer support channels:

  1. Contact Us: Send a message to our customer service team via +923262188777 or email us at mianchannufabrics@gmail.com
  2. Provide Details: Share your Order ID, proof of purchase, and a clear photo/video of the item you wish to return or exchange.
  3. Ship it Back: Once approved, you will be requested to ship the package back to our main store address: Master Plaza Al-Kareem Trade Center Tulamba Road, Mian Channu.
  4. Note: Unless the item sent was defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Refunds & Store Credit

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Returns: We will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (or via Bank Transfer/EasyPaisa/JazzCash for Cash-on-Delivery orders) within 7 business days.
  • Store Credit Alternative: Alternatively, we can issue you a digital voucher/store credit code of the same value to use on your next purchase at Mian Channu Fabrics.

5. Damaged or Wrong Items Received

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the mistake. We will immediately dispatch a replacement or issue a full refund at zero extra cost to you.
